How the planner works
- Journey times are estimates: the distance between stations, a stop at each one, and about 5 minutes for each change. They leave out the wait for the first train, so allow a few minutes more.
- Fares are estimated with the official distance bands (¥3 up to 6 km, ¥4 up to 16 km, then ¥1 for each further 10 km) on the shortest route. The gate charges the exact amount; the Maglev and the Airport Link Line are priced separately.
- Platform signs show each train by its last stop. On a branch line, check the destination on the train front. Line 4 is a loop, so its signs give a direction instead.
